Liz Shumate manages the development and implementation of programs and services while ensuring that Public Strategies’ initiatives meet the needs of both clients and stakeholders. She has a depth of understanding of social services as well as experience in program development and management.

As Director of Comprehensive Services, Shumate oversees direct service approaches under the Oklahoma Human Services-funded Familyhood brand. She also serves as a community faculty member at the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work and has experience as a micro- and macro-practitioner. Shumate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.
