Cindy Friedemann
Director of Strategic Engagement and Workforce Systems

Cindy Friedemann brings her experience of leading change in both communities and post-secondary education to Public Strategies, where she offers expertise in business and public sector strategy development, planning, and deployment. She leads national and state communications teams and works with nonprofit executive boards to achieve significant growth.

 

Before coming to Public Strategies, Friedemann was the Executive Officer for District Strategy & Development at Metro Technology Centers. Trained in community development in Washington, D.C., she served as planner and legislative analyst for a state agency think tank and facilitated planning and deployment teams for the City of Edmond and Francis Tuttle Technology Centers, resulting in rapid market expansion. Friedemann holds a master’s degree in higher education administration from Oklahoma State University, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from William Woods University, and an executive certification in negotiation from the Harvard College of Law.
