With 20+ years of human resources experience, Peebles brings deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, leadership coaching, compliance, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness. She is known for helping leaders navigate complex workforce challenges while fostering positive workplace cultures that support employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Before joining Public Strategies, Peebles held a series of human resources leadership roles with Paycom, where she led teams of HR business partners and advised organizations on strategic workforce initiatives.

Peebles earned both her Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Central Oklahoma. She holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential and is passionate about developing high-performing teams, supporting employee success, and creating workplace environments where people and organizations can thrive.
