Alexa Sanders brings people, priorities, and projects together to deliver meaningful results. As Associate Director of Contract and Project Leadership, she guides multiyear contracts across teams, aligning budgets, deliverables, timelines, and client priorities while helping shape the strategies that move the work forward.

Sanders has led a wide range of federal, state, and organizational initiatives, including Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood programs supported by the Office of Family Assistance. Since joining Public Strategies in 2022, she has held several leadership roles within the organization, overseeing strategic projects, quality assurance efforts, event production, and operational planning.

Before joining Public Strategies, Sanders led marketing and communications in the healthcare and insurance industries. She managed a corporate communications team, guided organizational rebrands, developed marketing campaigns, and produced events and educational experiences that brought people together.

Sanders earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Interior Design from the University of Memphis.
