Sandino Thompson Project Director of Neighborhood Strategies
Sandino Thompson is responsible for Public Strategies’ neighborhood-based services to include revitalization efforts, community engagement, public education, employment services, health and other environmental components affecting the success of children. He is responsible for the development of social entrepreneurial partnerships and the management of programs that address these needs. Thompson will have the same responsibilities in his role as Executive Director for IMCI. He has over ten years experience managing large-scale projects, including multi-million dollar construction developments and his own Information Technology Consulting firm, Cowboy Creation. He is a member of Associated General Contractors, Associated Building Contractors Construction Management Society, Society of Black Engineers, Technologists and Architects, and the U.S. Green Building Council. Raised in northeast OklahomaCounty, he has bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering Technology with a minor in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
