David Kimmel is the Site Administrator for Family Expectations in Oklahoma City where he manages the day-to-day operations and provides leadership to a 65-person staff with responsibilities for recruitment, community relations, quality control, case management and workshop delivery. Dr. Kimmel has a long history of public service with over 30 years of leadership experience including serving as the Director of Advanced and North American Programs for the University of Oklahoma. While serving in this capacity, Dr. Kimmel provided support and staff supervision of the global education program, which consisted of operations in Europe, North America and the Pacific with yearly revenue of $7 million. Additionally, Dr. Kimmel served 21 years in the Army, and retired as a major in 1998. He earned a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies with Emphasis in Organization Leadership from the University of Oklahoma in 2007.

He is an adjunct professor for both the Human Relations Department and the College of Liberal Studies at the University of Oklahoma and is a founding member of the Association of Marriage and Family Ministries. Dr. Kimmel is also a trained life coach with the Institute for Life Coach Training.
