Kendy Cox, Director of Service Delivery for the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative (OMI), offers a fresh outlook to PSI and provides steady supervision to a team of project managers, community relations specialists and technical assistance coordinators responsible for developing and growing marriage education services across the state of Oklahoma. It is because of Kendy’s effective leadership that PSI has had the ability to expand healthy marriage programs to diverse populations, such as adoptive couples and parents of children with special needs.

In addition to these duties, Kendy manages partnerships with numerous state agencies and organizations, and oversees national research projects focused on serving financially-vulnerable and underserved populations. She has worked closely with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services‘Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, to document the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative (OMI) program strategies, data collection, productivity and lessons learned.

Kendy has been involved with the OMI from its inception and provides oversight and technical assistance in marriage services to other states and communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a Broadcast Journalism emphasis from Oklahoma City University.
